The home offers 3 BR’s (including a King bed master suite), 1 additional bedroom currently set up as a home office alongside a daybed, and 3 full bathrooms along with two living areas (one living room and one den) + a farmhouse dining table accommodating six. The Chef’s kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, a 5-burner gas range and full kitchenwares to host inside or out. In addition, enjoy California indoor/outdoor living with an ample backyard accessed via French doors with top of the line outside patio and dining furniture, high-end direct gas (not propane) BBQ grill and a new six-person hot tub! The front yard was re-landscaped in late 2022. Comes equipped with satellite TV, broadband wireless internet, working gas fireplace, Nest, Ring and a professionally managed 24/7 security service. Town regulations require a minimum 30 day stay and we are open to longer-term renters. Pets negotiable.
